In accordance with the Slovenian and European legislation, terms and conditions in full must be available in Slovenian language. At this moment, we publish only basic information about the operational procedures of our on line store in English language as well.
Prices on www.gifts-for-kids.com are expressed in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT. Prices and any discounts applicable at the date of contract award. Prices do not include shipping.
The price of the product and the shipping costs are clearly visible in the order confirmation, the pro-forma invoice and the invoice, all received by the buyer when purchasing books.
You can use the promotional code in your shopping cart after you’ve already created a personalized book. The final purchase price will be automatically factored into the online store. You may only use one promotional code at a time.
The promotional prices apply only to purchases in the online store and are visible in the order confirmation.
VAT payers are required to state their own tax number when purchasing purchase.
The photography and the actual appearance of the items may vary.
Payment methods for European countries
We ship worldwide. We enable three payment methods:
- Credit card payment
- Pay Pal payment
- Advance payment to our bank account according to pro-forma invoice.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: You can also pay with credit card through our PayPal-owned Braintree payment system on our site. Card information is not recorded on the corporate server, so your security is 100% guaranteed. Braintree guarantees maximum transaction security. Credit card authorizations are made in real time by checking the information with the banks immediately.
PAY PAL: You can also pay with Pay Pal. When you choose to pay via Pay Pal, you will be redirected to the Pay Pal property window. To make a payment, you must be a registered as a Pay Pal user and hold one of your credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express. The purchase is 100% secure as only Pay Pal has your account information.
BANK TRANSFER BASED ON PRO-FORMA INVOICE: The buyer can pay the ransom (book price (s) and shipping costs) to the seller’s transaction account on a pro forma invoice. The latter shall, within 4 working days of receiving the payment, deliver the shipment via GLS.
Shipping for MINI POLIGLOTINI outside Slovenia carries the Post of Slovenia. The seller is obligated to ship the ordered goods within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the payment. Otherwise, orders are sent on each working day, sometimes making the delivery possible in three (3) working days. Shipping in the festive days (e.g. New Year or Easter) can be objectively difficult any may cause delays.
If the goods are impossible to deliver within the promised time due to an objective reason, the seller must inform the customer via email or phone.
The shipping cost depends on the country to which we send the books. Delivery cost in Slovenia is 3.50 EUR in Italy 5.00 EUR for other countries, the cost of delivery is calculated automatically in the online shop.
Ordering is done exclusively online, 24 hours a day, all days of the year.
The user personalizes and orders a personalized book. After completing the personalization process, a digitized version of the personalized book is visible to the user.
Before placing the order, the user is allowed to review the entire content of the order, including the quantity and prices. It’s possible to correct any errors that occurred while personalizing the book. It is easier for the user to notice and correct the errors before placing the order.
Before completing the purchase, the buyer must familiarize itself with the full terms and conditions of business between seller and buyer. After selecting the method of delivery and entering the delivery information, the buyer must indicate that he/she 100% agrees to the general terms and conditions, thus successfully concluding the order. Only by confirming this choice the order is actually submitted.
The user enters their personal information after personalizing and previewing a personalized book.
The seller submits a summary of the entire order to the buyer’s email address. The buyer can report any change or error in response to the sent email. The change shall be made free of charge, if it is announced by the end of the working day on which the order was placed.
The seller shall not be liable in the e-commerce system for any loss caused by the interruption, change, removal or inaccessibility of the e-commerce services.
After placing the order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the buyer. Accepted orders are treated as irrevocable and will be executed.
Exceptionally, cancellation of an order is possible until the end of the day when the order is accepted. If you wish to withdraw the order, please notify us by firstname.lastname@example.org at the latest on the same day that the order was submitted. If the cancellation is not on time, the seller has the right to invoice the buyer to one half of the full price of the product.
Right of withdrawal, return of goods
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. The withdrawal must be reported in writing email@example.com or in writing to 2STARS d.o.o. International Crossing 6, 5290 Šempeter pri Gorici. The notice of cancellation or the date of sending the email shall be taken as a timely notice of termination.
The goods received must be returned to the seller unused, undamaged and unchanged within fourteen (14) days after you have notified the seller of the cancellation of the contract. The return of the goods received within the term of cancellation of the contract shall be considered as a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered to 2STARS d.o.o. International Crossing 6, 5290 Šempeter pri Gorici.
The only cost to the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The seller is not obliged to accept ransomware or consignments that do not meet the provider’s general terms and conditions.
Upon receipt of unused, undamaged goods in the same quantity, we will refund the payments made to you within fourteen (14) days at the latest. Upon returning the goods, a copy of the invoice for the goods and personal data, as well as the transaction account where you want the payment to be returned, must also be provided.
NOTE: In the case of personalized and / or custom made products, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply. As dictated by the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot, Article 43): “The consumer shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract referred to in the first paragraph of this Article in these contracts: on goods made according to the precise instructions of the consumer and adapted to his personal needs”.
Right to refuse service
The seller reserves the right not to deliver the products in exceptional cases. The seller has the right to cancel the order if we do not obtain a confirmation of the purchase by the buyer by phone or e-mail. The seller is obliged to notify the buyer by e-mail or telephone of the withdrawal. If the buyer has not provided the correct personal information, the seller is not obliged to contact the buyer.
Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or cost that may be incurred as a result of default or delay in fulfillment of obligations that may occur due to an event or circumstances beyond the control of the seller.
Settlement of consumer disputes
2STARS d.o.o. complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and fulfills its duty to provide an effective complaints system. In the event of a problem, the customer can contact 2STARS d.o.o. by telephone: 0038631338669 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The complaint is submitted via e-mail email@example.com, the whole process of handling the complaint is confidential. We are aware that consumer disputes before the courts require additional costs, and we therefore endeavor to resolve any complaints by mutual agreement.
Court settlement of consumer disputes
2STARS d.o.o. in accordance with statutory norms, does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution contractor as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that could be initiated by a consumer under the Out-of-Court Consumer Disputes Act.

The aforementioned regulation derives from the Law on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 81/15), of Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.
Privacy conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 94/2007 and amended), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette RS, No. 109/12 and other Slovenian and European legislation governing particular fields.
The seller provides protection of personal data under the law governing the protection of personal data.
Seller warrants that it will never and in any way misuse personal information disclosed through the Website. By placing an order or agreeing to notify you when a new book is released, you agree that the seller establishes, maintains and manages your personal information, email address and telephone number for an unlimited period of time in order to fulfill or enforce contractual and direct marketing rights.
You may at any time, in writing or by telephone, request that we cease or use your personal information for direct marketing purposes within fourteen (14) days and notify you at our expense within a further five (5) days.
Intellectual property rights
All text, photos, logos, graphics, user and visual interfaces and code on the Website are owned or controlled by 2STARS d.o.o. Without the written permission of 2STARS d.o.o. the reproduction, distribution, communication, reproduction or other use of copyrighted works published on the seller’s website, or any other part of the website, in any extent or process, at the same time as copying, printing or storing in electronic form, is prohibited under the provisions of the Act about copyright and related forms.
