What is a bilingual personalized book?
A personalized book is a book that is printed for a specific person. It is unique and special!It is you who personalize the book by:
- choosing the gender of the child,
- choosing the main character most closely resembling the child to whom you will give the book,
- write the name or nickname of the child, as it will appear on the book cover and in the book,
- choose two languages that will appear in the book,
- write or design a personal dedication for the child, which will appear in the form of a letter at the end of the book.
We guarantee that the book will be a unique and a valuable memory of you or the occasion at which you will give the book to the child!
For what age group is the book most appropriate?
The book is a great gift for children ages 0-8, but you can also give it to older people! Happiness is a universal topic and language learning something that appeals to people in all life stages.

What are the covers of a book?
The book has hard covers and quality thick sheets resistant to playful hands of young children. Our books are high quality products in order to bring happiness to children for many years! Our book is of a slightly larger format than most regular books. Book dimensions are 28 x 25 cm.
How long is the book?
The book is 32 pages long.
Can I add dedication?
Your dedication is an integral part of this book and it appears at the end as the conclusion of the fairy tale. You can use three magic wands for inspiration and just sign yourself. The dedication is limited to 15 lines, so it stays beautifully designed and consistent with the rest of the book design.
Are there any child’s name length limitations?
The child’s name can be of any length, you can also enter two names. We carefully craft each book and make sure that the child’s name fits well on the cover and in the book.
Can I enter a child’s nickname?
Of course, nicknames are no exception! Be playful and creative: for example, you can use your child’s nickname name in the book and the official one on the cover.
Is the book more suitable for boys or girls?
The book is for both boys and girls, and they both love it! Younger children listen to a fairy tale as their parents read to them, while most older children read the book themselves .

In what languages can I order a book?
You can order the book in a combination of any two languages from the list:
- Slovenian language,
- English language,
- German language
- Italian language,
- French language,
- Spanish language,
- Serbian language.
Can I order a book in one language only?
The specialty of our books is bilingualism, so all our books are in two languages. You can also read the book to your child only in the first language of the book. For the second language we suggest you to choose a foreign language that children learn at school in your country. Certainly sooner or later the book will also be useful for learning a foreign language. However, if you would like a book in only one language, write us an e-mail and we will try to make an exception for you.
Who translated the book?
The book has been translated by professional translators, who are also native speakers. All languages are also proofread by at least one native speaker who is knowledgeable about children’s literature. All translators have conducted translations with great precision in order to preserve the original meaning of the text and at the same time to translate it in the spirit of the second language. There are no literal translations in this book
I can’t find my native language on your site. Will you be adding other languages shortly?
Yes! We will be adding new languages all the time. If you would like to order a combination of languages that we do not yet offer, please write a short e-mail to: email@example.com. In this case, we will be able to notify you when your bilingual combination is available.
PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
How can I pay?
We accept tree payment methods, choose the one that works best for you:
- You can pay by credit card.
- You can pay with PayPal.
- You can pay by pro forma invoice.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the country where the book will be shipped. The book goes into production the day after the order / payment is received.
- Delivery cost in Slovenia is 3,50 EUR.
- Delivery cost in Italy is 5,00 EUR.
- Delivery cost for other countries is automatically calculated in the online store.
How long does it take to get a book ordered?
Each book is unique and is printed individually for each child. The production process takes 3 business days and we will send the book the same day the book is produced. Delivery depends on the country where we send the book.
- Delivery time in Slovenia and Italy is up to 7 working days.
- Delivery time for all other European countries is 10 working days.
- Delivery outside the European country depends. On average it takes up to 14 working days.
WARNING: Delivery may be slightly slower during the holidays, for example at Christmas.
I just ordered a book and I made a mistake? What to do?
If you happen to be mistaken, please notify us in writing immediately by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know what you would like to change and we will make a correction for you free of charge if your e-mail with correction is sent the same day as the order was executed. The book goes into print the next day after receiving the order/payment. Once the book is in print, changes are no longer possible.
Do I get a confirmation email?
After the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of the book you ordered: the child’s character, two languages of your choice, your dedication, the amount of payment and the method of payment.
I did not receive an e-mail to confirm the order. What does that mean?
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 1 minute of your order completion, please check the spam in your e-mail box. If you do not find a confirmation email please give us a call or send us an email at email@example.com. We will check the system of the website and if necessary, we will enter your order manually.
Will I receive an invoice?
Of course, upon payment, you will receive an invoice at your e-mail address.
How can I use my promo code?
If you have a promo code you can use it in the shopping cart after you have already created a personalized book. Simply put your promo code in the coupon box and proceed with your order. The final purchase price will be automatically reduced in the online store.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Make sure you have entered the correct code and that the code is still valid. If the code is properly entered and is still valid but the code does not work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check where the problem is.
There is something wrong with my book. What now?
Send us an e-mail with a description of the problem at email@example.com and we will immediately find the best solution. If you received a book that was not in accordance with your order, we will immediately make a new book and deliver it to you free of charge.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order but only on the same day the book is ordered! E-mail cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. We process all orders the next day, create personalized books and send them out for print and production. Because all books are unique and custom-made, cancellation is not possible when the book goes in print.
